Terms & Conditions


These terms and conditions were last updated and effective on December 07, 2021.

Atelier Indi Rose has the right to change these terms and conditions. You agree that the latest version of these terms and conditions will always apply to an agreement.


Article 1 | General

The general conditions of Atelier Indi Rose apply to all offers, products, orders, deliveries and agreements. They are, together with the references they contain, applicable to any agreement we conclude with you. So please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.


Article 2 | Agreement & Order

The agreement between Atelier Indi Rose and you is binding at the time you place an order. We process the order after the payment is received. Until that moment Atelier Indi Rose is the sole owner of the products.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email with the details of your order. The invoice will be attached to your order. If you would like to receive this digitally as well, please contact us.

Images and specifications are for your information only. Some products are handmade and may therefore differ from the picture. This is also mentioned in the product description of the relevant products. If a product does not meet your expectations, this cannot give rise to a claim. You can always return the item (see article 6)


Article 3 | Payments

Atelier Indi Rose offers three different secure payment methods: iDeal, PayPal and Credit Card (Mastercard and Visa).

If Atelier Indi Rose accidentally has a wrong price listed on the website, Atelier Indi Rose has the right to adjust this. Even if you have already ordered the article.

All product prices are shown including VAT and excluding shipping costs.


Credit card details such as the credit card number, expiration date et cetera, are automatically transferred through an encrypted and secure system to the paymaster without Atelier Indi Rose or others having access to these data. Even in the case of any refund, the full credit card details are not visible. If you pay with Visa or Mastercard there is extra protection because of special verification methods (Verified by Visa and the Mastercard Secure Code).


Article 4 | Delivery

Atelier Indi Rose delivers all orders via PostNL. If you have accidentally specified a wrong delivery address, chose a wrong delivery option or was not home at the time that PostNL did a delivery attempt – and therefore additional costs are applied – Atelier Indi Rose will charge these costs to you.

Atelier Indi Rose sends your order as soon as possible after receipt of your payment. Atelier Indi Rose strives to deliver your order within the expected delivery time (depending on your region). If for any reason this is not possible (e.g. an article is temporarily out of stock or the courier service strikes) we will let you know immediately.

Up to and including the moment of delivery, Atelier Indi Rose bears the responsibility for the order. After delivery the responsibility is transferred to you.

Please note that the delivery times mentioned, are the expected delivery times. In case a product is not delivered within the expected period, it is not possible to make a claim. However, Atelier Indi Rose will do as much as possible to ensure that you receive your order on time.


Article 5 | Period of reflection

Atelier Indi Rose strives to make all customers happy with their purchase. Yet we advise you to check your purchases within fourteen working days for quality and quantity. If something is not right, please contact us and we will provide an appropriate solution.


Article 6 | Exchanges and returns

We hope of course that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you still want to return a purchase you have fourteen days reflection time from the date you received the order. Within this period you have to report the return to us and return your purchase.

The original invoice must always be included in the box. You can send the item(s) you wish to return to below adress:

As a customer, you are responsible for the shipping and cost of the return.

This is a conscious decision. We hope it will support the customer to purchase items consciously and avoid impulsive purchases. Returns are environmentally harmful, please keep this in mind.

If goods are used, worn, damaged or incomplete, we have the right to refuse the returned items. This also applies to returns that have not been returned within the previously mentioned period.

Refunds will be made within fourteen working days after receipt and inspection of the return.

Refunds will take place via the original payment method. Atelier Indi Rose can only transfer the refund to the account with which the original payment was made.


Article 7 | Guarantee

After the fourteen day approval period (article 5) Atelier Indi Rose gives a one month warranty on the quality of a product. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please contact us. Atelier Indi Rose will offer an appropriate solution, and decide which of the following options to choose:

– Repair – Replacement – Refund

In the case of a refund, the refund (including shipping costs) will be made within 10 business days of receipt and verification of the return.

If we repair or replace the item, it may take up to 14 working days unless otherwise communicated.

The warranty is void if a defect has occurred as a result of carelessness of you or anyone else attempting to modify the product or use the product other than for which it was made.


Article 8 | Copyright

All intellectual property rights (such as copyrights, trademarks, word marks) in our texts, photographs, images and other materials are our property (or are under our control with the permission of the owner). Your use may not infringe on this. Without written permission of Atelier Indi Rose photos, images and texts may not be reproduced and used in public.


Article 9 | Dispute resolution

Dutch law applies on these terms and conditions and the agreements that we conclude with you. As a consumer you can visit the ODR platform (Online Dispute Resolution). This platform offers a simple, effective, fast and inexpensive out-of-court solution to disputes arising from online transactions.
