If you participate in a promotion or contest, we ask the following information from you: first and last name, email address. This enables us to carry out the action and announce the prize winner(s). We also measure the response to our advertising campaigns.


Atelier Indi Rose offers newsletters. This keeps you informed on offers, promotions and other news. To be sure of your consent we use the opt-in system for newsletters. With each communication by this route is an unsubscribe option included.


For your order we need your name, email address, address(es) and payment details. We will register, store and process your data for the proper handling of the order. In addition, this data can be used for any subsequent warranty. When processing your order, we provide PostNL with necessary personal data.

We will only use your data for the above purposes, or for a purpose closely related to them. Thus, your data will never be used by us in an unexpected way.


For handling (part of) the payments in our (online) store we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and city details and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number.

Shipping and Logistics

When you place an order with us, it is our job to get your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and place of residence with PostNL. PostNL will only use this data for the performance of the agreement. If PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your data available to these parties.
