Shipping returns

  1. To return your product, you should download and fill in the return form to make a return request. Please include this with your return shipment. Download Return form here
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  3. Make sure to include the original invoice

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We always advise you to use a trackable shipping service and keep the proof of return until we confirmed your return.

Conditions

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If fourteen days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please note: below items can be returned but will not be refunded. You will receive a gift card credit in the value of the original order (excl. shipping costs)

  • Sale items

Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for money.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where refunds aren’t granted:

  • Used items
  • Items that are not in its original condition, are damaged or missing parts.
  • Items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Lost returns

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a period of 14 of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange an item for another item, please return it and order the new item.
